There is a 45 m² swimming pool with numerous spots for relaxing and sunbathing. The max depth of the pool is 2,35m. and the min 1m.
The pool area includes sun beds, umbrellas, poolside tables, chairs and one very relaxing hammock.

A large, fully equipped shaded barbecue area, in full view of the pool, hosting a wood oven, a sink and a comfortable dining table.
This area is a perfect place to enjoy your meals, surrounded by nature and offering an outstanding and exclusive panoramic sea view.
We will provide you with everything that you need such as charcoal etc.

The villa is positioned to take advantage of panoramic views of the sea and the surrounding mountains while offering privacy and delivering peace and tranquility. You can also enjoy some stunning and amazing sunsets!

Reaching to the first floor by the staircase or elevator, there is a spacious open plan area consisting of the living room, the dining area, an organized office area with pc-desktop and a fully equipped functional kitchen. Additionally, a bathroom with shower is also located on the same floor.
The living room area contains a fireplace, a big comfortable corner sofa, a relaxing swing and a 42” satellite HDTV. The area opens to a veranda with sitting area which also leads you to the pool and the garden. It also has a balcony with on the opposite side with a sitting spot and mountain view.

There is a fully equipped functional kitchen with branded electrics on the first floor next to the living and the dining area. It contains 4 hobs, an oven, a refrigerator, a dishwasher, a toaster, one espresso and one filter coffee machine and many others appliances. Also, you can find dishes and utensils for more than 10 people.

There are 4 bedrooms in Villa Dianna, all with en suite bathrooms, 32” HDTV, a closet and a small desk. All bedrooms are fully air-conditioned.
• Ground floor: one bedroom with 2 single beds.
• First floor: one with a double bed and access to 2 balconies.
• Second floor: two bedrooms. The first one has 2 single beds and the second one a double bed. Both of them have access to 2 balconies.

There are 5 bathrooms in the villa. Every bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom with bathtub, except from the bedroom on the ground floor which has a shower. One more bathroom with shower is available right next to the living room and the pool area.
There is a set of vanity supplies provided like shampoo and soap, as well as a hairdryer and a complete set of towels.

Our gym has a wide collection of fitness equipment such as treadmill, spinning bike, abs equipment, boxing bag, parallel bar, bench press, trx, exercise balls, weights and many more.
